Vacheron Constantin once again has done something amazing with its latest watch that was originally produced during 1921. He has revitalized the classic 1921 watch which he applied with modern touch that makes it more interesting.The Historiques American 1921 watch by Vacheron Constantin is created with the 20th century case but made bigger to look modish. The case is made with 18 carat pink gold that makes it look very elegant. The square shaped case is paired with a disoriented dial that has the 12 o'clock lying on the 1 o'clock position. The crown is also set in a very unusual location which is on the upper right corner just on top of the 12 o'clock. The white dial presents a very classic look with its white color and black numbers and hands though made modern using the sub dial which has the separate seconds counter. The elegance of this watch is finished with the hand sewn alligator strap.This Historiques American 1921 watch by Vacheron Constantin has no definite release date but it will definitely cost more than a thousand dollar.

Vacheron CEO Juan-Carlos Torres personally presented the watch to Michael Mann, the director of Miami Vice. In Miami Vice, character Sonny Crocket (played by Colin Farrell) was wearing a Vacheron Constantin Malte Chronograph Perpetual Calendar in Platinum. The director was determined to acquire it for his personal anthology. The platinum case, measures 39mm, has double sapphire crystals and is water resistant to 30 meters.
