One look at the exquisite jewelry Vacheron Constantin Kallania watch and I can't help but notice its similarity with the Graff Superstar watch. However it was the Vacheron Constantin Kallania that ended up being the true star as it bagged the Best Jewelry Watch award at the Vogue Jewels Awards 2009 held in Madrid Spain. The Kallania which made its debut in January this year at the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie (SIHH) exhibition is considered to be a successor of the brands diamond studded Kallista watch. The Kallania is an exquisite piece crafted entirely from 18-karat white gold and features 186 bead-set emerald cut diamonds across its bracelet, case, and dial. This glorious watch boasts of a hand-wound Vacheron Constantin 1003 caliber movement which measures just 1.64mm in height making it the world's thinnest mechanical movement. There is also a Geneva Seal stamped on the bridge which is an indication of the movement's high aesthetic standards.
