The house of Ulysse Nardin is happy to unveil its new Freak Diavolo watch, which blends cutting edge technology with aesthetic appeal.The main assets of the new Ulysse Nardin watch lie in its carousel tourbillon and flying tourbillon. The first serves as an hour and minute indicator, *** a complete rotation within a period of an hour. The flying tourbillon, equipped with an arrow, is responsible for the seconds. Additionally, the open-worked dark-toned dial is fitted with a power reserve display.Animating the functions of the new Ulysse Nardin Freak Diavolo watch is a hand-wound movement, enriched with a flying tourbillon mechanism. It incorporates a silicium balance spring and an escapement. The caliber runs at the rate of 28,800 vibrations per hour and supplies an 8-day power reserve.The movement finds its natural home in a 44.5 mm case, rendered in 18K white gold. It carries a bidirectional rotating bezel, intended for setting the time. The bezel on the back of the case is meant for winding the movement. The water-resistance of the model is assured down to 30 meters.The new Ulysse Nardin watch is coupled with a black crocodile leather strap, enhanced with a folding clasp.

Lange & Sohne Saxonia Dual Time is the first GMT watch in the Saxonia range of dressy timekeepers.Powered by Lange’s in-house Caliber L086.2 automatic movement, the watch features a standard for this type of gadgets dial layout, which makes it easy to grasp its readings with a momentary glance.As you can see, the hour hand for the second time zone and the 24-hour GMT hand are done in the same blued steel.The hour hand for the local time as well as the minute hand is made either in rhodiumed white gold or in rose gold depending on the version of the case.The 24-hour sub-dial is counterbalanced with a subsidiary seconds counter at 6 o’clock.Unlike most watches that have their GMT hands operated with the same setting crown, this model features a pair of push-buttons at 8 and 10 o’clock that are used to move the hour hand incrementally either clockwise or counterclockwise. The same approach uses the Swiss watch manufacturer Ulysse Nardin for its Dual Time family of GMT watches.The elegant timepiece is presented in a mid-sized case 40 mm in diameter and only 9.10 mm in height and is available either in white gold (Ref. 385.026) or rose gold (Ref. 385.032) versions.The pricing for both versions will be virtually the same. The rose gold version will be offered at a recommended street price of $25,400 and the white gold version will be sold at $26,600.
