Romain Jerome has introduced another member of the Titanic-DNA collection, inspired by the legendary ocean liner Titanic, the Titanic-DNA Tourbillon Steampunk A la Grande watch. Beating at 21,600 bph and having a power reserve of 72 hours, the RJ2 Concepto automatic tourbillon caliber is adorned with 27 jewels. A sapphire crystal exhibition window on the back of the watch allows to see an off-centred bidirectional oscillating rotor having the shape of an anchor. Production of the Romain Jerome Titanic DNA Tourbillon Steampunk Ala Grande will be limited to 9 pieces (in steel, titanium or pink gold). Besides a rubber strap, a black crocodile one will be available. The timepiece price is expected to be between $100,000 and $200,000 or even higher.
