Richard Mille has unveiled a new timepiece which brings together the sophistication of a product from the luxury watchmaker with a modern design.Entitled the RM 017 Tourbillon, one luxury element which should benefit users who wear the watch is the fact that this product only measures in at 8.7mm thick, Watch Luxus reported.However, despite the size, the news source commented: "Nothing has been left to chance in the design of the RM 017 Tourbillon. Each part has been carefully created so that it meets Richard Mille’s requirements in terms of rigidity, reliability and precision."Some elements which could lead fashion watch fans to make a purchase include a ceramic endstone for its tourbillon cage, as well as the case and movement of the timepiece being designed in total consistency.Richard Mille, a company which produced its first timepiece only at the start of the millennium, finishes the watch off with a movement plate developed from grade two titanium, which is then polished with a black PVD coating.

Richard Mille RM 010 Boutique SpecialThe new Richard Mille RM 010 Boutique Special automatic watch is issued in a super-limited edition of 10 pieces and is reserved exclusively for RM`s boutique located at the famous Place Vendome square in Paris.According to the Swiss watchmaker, the openworked timepiece is equipped with the RM 010 automatic movement, which is in fact a skeletonized version of their earlier RM 005 caliber.The little engine is known for its unusual oscillating weight that features “most optimal winding.”The watch features Richard Mille’s signature tonneau-shaped case, which is delivered in a matt black DLC coating.The diamond-like hard treatment makes the watch more resistant to occasional scratches.It must be noted that the case, which measures 48.00 mm in height, 39.30 mm in width, and is 13.84 mm thick is rather bulky and may look awkward on a smaller-sized wrist.As you can see on the picture, the Richard Mille RM 010 Boutique Special features a skeletonized dial with white dial ring and 12 Arabic numerals engraved right on the front sapphire crystal.
