Limited Edition of 30 Pieces for the Americas The RM 011 Titanium Brown features a PVD treatment on titanium that results in a rich metallic brown color. It is enhanced with bright orange, which is found on the inner bezel, crown, indicators and strap. The case, in brown titanium, measures 50mm x 40mm x 16mm. Crystals are sapphire and it is water resistant to 50 meters. Movement is a Swiss automatic Richard Mille caliber. Functions are: hours, minutes, seconds, month display between 4 and 5 o'clock, oversize date display at 12 o'clock, flyback chronograph, annual calendar, 60-minute countdown timer with 12-hour totalizer. This limited edition will be sold at authorized Richard Mille retailers in North and South America, as well as the first Richard Mille boutique in the region, which will open in Beverly Hills, California, this fall. MSRP is $95,000.

JeanRichard Bressel Hommage a DanielAs the name implies, the new JeanRichard Bressel Hommage a Daniel automatic watch is a tribute to the gorgeous Daniel pocket watch from the XVIII century. Created by Daniel JeanRichard 300, it featured a sophisticated chain and fusee mechanism and was a technical marvel.Like the last year’s JeanRichard Aquascope 300m diving watch, the new timekeeper comes powered by their own JR 1000 automatic movement that was introduced around four years ago and is made solely in-house.JeanRichard is directly related to the famous Girard-Perregaux manufacture, another member of the SOWIND Group. So, it is clear that JR has all the means necessary to design and build its own base calibers without the need to turn to mass-produced ebauches from ETA or their clones from independent manufacturers.The watch, which is to be officially introduced early next week during the SIHH 2011 show, will be presented in a slim-looking 18-carat rose gold case.At 38 mm in diameter, it is rather small by today’s standards. However, being a dressy watch, it is just ideal to wear with business attire or with some other kind of formal dress.As one may easily guess looking at the pictures, the new JeanRichard Bressel Hommage a Daniel features a lacquered dial, which serves as a perfect background for the blued steel hands and painted Roman numerals.A small aperture at 3 o’clock shows a simple calendar with Arabic numerals on its rotating disk printed in red. Also a very nice touch.
