The craftsman has highlighted the dial by creating a symphony of gradually increasing rounded angles and by subtly playing with the intellectualized detail. The rounded-triangular design touches require lines to create a perfect transition at 120 degrees and moreover three tool movements per pyramid to achieve this.The regulating unit's true luxury can be captured in the filigree hand applied guilloche and in the plate below the regulator embellished with the so-called: "clous de Paris" one of the many surprises of Sylva.
