JeanRichard 2TimeZones Zirconium limited editionThe new JeanRichard 2TimeZones Zirconium automatic watch is powered by an in-house JR1060 automatic movement, which is ticking inside a 43×43 mm case made of zirconium and rubber.As you can see on the photos, JeanRichard’s designers decided to get rid of the usual 24-hour second time zone indication in favor of a less traditional 12-hour indication. This kind of solution allowed them to make the Arabic numerals a bit bigger, but, at the same time, demanded for an introduction of an extra disc with “AM” and “PM” indicators.To make using the GMT feature even simpler, JeanRichard has also introduced another indicator at 6 o’clock featuring a list of 24 cities, each representing a certain time zone. The indicator is operated with the secondary crown located at 9 o’clock.The primary crown at 3 o’clock is used to set correct time and date as well as to wind up the watch.The hour hand is comfortably operated with two pushers located at 8 and 10 o’clock and allowing for moving the hand counter- or clockwise at a push of a button.

The titanium case of the reliable, high-performance timepiece offers 300-meter water-resistance and accommodates an in-house self-winding movement. The titanium su***ce of the case is provided with a special treatment, having acquired a matt structure and a dark tone. The warm shade of the case enhances the visual appeal of the dial and fabric strap. The remarkable level of water-resistance and reliability was reached due to the extremely stringent specifications drawn up by JeanRichard's watchmakers and engineers. They adapted every component for underwater use.The case construction incorporates screw-down crowns and the sapphire crystal that is 2.5 times thicker than a standard sapphire crystal. The sapphire crystal has antireflective coating. The dial is completed with luminescent hands and indicators to guarantee supreme readability under reduced or no light conditions.The brand's specialists opted for titanium for the case, as this material is characterized by its hypoallergenic qualities and is harder than steel, at the same time being 40% lighter. Titanium is highly resistant to corrosion under different conditions, including sea water. The case acquired its rough look with help of sand-blasting that resulted in its dark grey shade nicely matching the color of the opaline dial and fabric strap. The 43mm case of the Diverscope Titanium Watch features a tonneau shape, while incorporating a round bezel. The watch has two crowns. The crown at 3 o'clock is used for setting the time and date, while the crown at 9 o'clock is used for a diving function - for adjusting the internal bidirectional bezel recording the dive time. The case is provided with a special safety system to avoid any accidental movement. The settings, including turning the rotating bezel, can only be performed after you unscrewed the crowns.The heart of the new JeanRichard watch is JR1000 Caliber. The 27-jewel movement, operating at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, gives an advantage of a 48-hour power-reserve.
