The legal action stems from a contract Theron signed withRaymond Weil in 2005, which stated that she must only wear Raymond Weiltimepieces during public events for a period of 14 months. According to the legal brief, she was pictured with a Dior watch at a the South by Southwest film festival in Austin, Texas in March 2006.
