Strike One strikes back again! No other design has so successfully traversed the epoch of time while remaining true to itself. Chopard Manufacture in Fleurier unveils the fresh Strike One repeater. This timepiece employs Chopard's newest caliber, the LUC 96SH, which took two years to develop. The 18kt white gold case measures 40.5mm and is offered in a limited edition of 100 pieces only to enhance its exclusivity. An opening at 12 o'clock allows viewing of the striking mechanism and of the hammer performing its strike. It strikes each passing hour exactly once. To achieve this, the mechanism provides for a period of several minutes the energy required to raise the hammer, and then releases it on each passing hour.
