Richard Mille RM 010 Boutique SpecialThe new Richard Mille RM 010 Boutique Special automatic watch is issued in a super-limited edition of 10 pieces and is reserved exclusively for RM`s boutique located at the famous Place Vendome square in Paris.According to the Swiss watchmaker, the openworked timepiece is equipped with the RM 010 automatic movement, which is in fact a skeletonized version of their earlier RM 005 caliber.The little engine is known for its unusual oscillating weight that features “most optimal winding.”The watch features Richard Mille’s signature tonneau-shaped case, which is delivered in a matt black DLC coating.The diamond-like hard treatment makes the watch more resistant to occasional scratches.It must be noted that the case, which measures 48.00 mm in height, 39.30 mm in width, and is 13.84 mm thick is rather bulky and may look awkward on a smaller-sized wrist.As you can see on the picture, the Richard Mille RM 010 Boutique Special features a skeletonized dial with white dial ring and 12 Arabic numerals engraved right on the front sapphire crystal.

The Audemars Piguet latest creation represents a resolutely modern skeleton timepiece reflecting a more architectural and more contemporary stylistic evolution. The high-end finishing, demonstrating understated execution and hand-drawn file strokes, accentuates the case su***ce treatment and the satin-brushed bezel.The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Skeleton watch accommodates the new Calibre 3129, the creation of which was based on the idea of breaking with traditions. As a result, the model demonstrates pure and contemporary lines, not following the codes of traditional skeletonized timepieces.The movement demonstrates restrained, pure cut-outs, straight satin-brushing on the mainplate and on the bridges. It is also characterized by intensification of colors, contrasts and shades due to completely hand-crafted bevelling. The colors range from grey to anthracite, the latter achieved with help of an anthracite galvanic su***ce treatment. The predominating grey shades nicely contrast with the shade of the gilt brass gear trains and the color of the 22K solid gold oscillating weight, also openworked and featuring the AP monogram. The new all grey-clad self-winding movement of the Openworked self-winding Royal Oak watch is accommodated by the 39 mm case with a see-through case-back. The beautifully openworked anthracite dial is completed with applied and facetted gold hour-markers.Calibre 3129 has been derived from the base movement - the brand�s Calibre 3120 - a highly-reliable mechanical self-winding movement, designed and developed independently by the Manufacture in Le Brassus. The 253-component Calibre 3129 animates the hours, minutes and central seconds. It incorporates a cross-through balance bridge for optimal shock-resistance and a direct drive seconds hand to avoid any jerking. The use of a variable-inertia balance equipped with eight inertia-blocks guarantees stable rating accuracy. Calibre 3129 is also extremely user-friendly as it offers a stop-seconds function and a 60-hour power reserve.The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Skeleton watch has been created in two versions ?a steel case coupled with a steel bracelet fitted with a folding clasp and an 18K pink gold case presented on an alligator leather strap, also with a folding clasp. The timepiece is 50-meter water-resistant.
